Invitation to a Seminar – Sustainable Tourism Cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region

The Maritime Working Group of the CPMR Baltic Sea Commission would like to invite you to a seminar on sustainable tourism cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region. The seminar is hosted by Region Stockholm and co-organised with PA Tourism of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and the Nordic Archipelago Cooperation (Swedish: Nordiska skärgårdssamarbetet. I kindly ask you to forward this email to the people working on tourism within your Region.

The one-day programme will include:

  • Discussions on how to ensure sustainable tourism is a thematic area in the programming process of the Maritime Cross-boarder Programmes in the Baltic Sea Region
  • Sharing of experiences and showcasing examples of current or previous Baltic Sea Cooperation within Tourism
  • Building network for further elaboration of future cooperation between regions in the field of sustainable tourism
